| What a day!!! The rain has not stopped since this morning and it's still going on strong. Last night some one got hit by a car and died instantly. This happened sometime during the evening on Richmond Street (the same stree as the restaurant, matter of fact only a couple of stores away). Not quite sure what happened but the authories are investigating the matter. Doris and I went to the Neville Brothers concert last week and it was pretty darn good. I was suprise that I knew a lot of their songs during the concert. We got a chance to meet Arron and Charles Neville in person. Arron is one big dude. You should the pipes that he has on his arms. WOW!!!
Here are some pics from Excelebration (Dallas, TX)...

| Can you believe it, I actually have a couple of minutes to xanga...hehe. First of all I would like to thank Richard for hosting the Ng sisters while we were in Dallas for Excelebration. We had a blast hanging out with you and your friend "Jimbo". In case you were wondering what excelebration is, it's the best event of the year!!! I'll definitely be back next year. I have never seen so many people all in one room for a conference before. I met people from all over the world with one common goal, that is to excel for their future. The drive back was pretty kool other then the huge rainstorm that followed us from Dallas all the way to Chicago. That definitely slowed us down a bit...
Today I am back to my routine. Even the dog is back on schedule. My day looks something like this: 1) get up at 6:30am 2) walk the dog and feed it 3) get ready and headout to the internship for the hospital. 4) at 11:30am help my folks out at the restaurant. 5) Attend meeting through out the afternoon. 6) close up shop and call it a day - and the cycle begins all over again.
| This entry is for Crystal because I haven't updated in a while. Hmmm... so what is new with me....
I have started my internship at Appleton Medical Center (AMC). I am actually learning a lot from there. The internship is more of a PR position. Something totally different from what I studied at school. Besides the internship, I've been helping out at the restaurant and also not to mention building iNGsis International, LLC.
This summer is definitely going to be quite busy for me...then again, when am I not busy. I'll be heading to Boston and NYC in about 3 weeks. Completely excited to see my family and friends out there. Then in Aug, I'll be heading out to Dallas for the annual Excel event. We are coming down to bug you RT...hehe.
Nurse Brown and I were thinking about going to Six Flags the end of this month. Anyone interested in riding the new Superman????
| Mpls was great... driving there on Friday afternoon was a different story. I almost got into a car accident due to the ice on the road. Lucky for me there weren't any cars on either side on me when my truck decided to skid. After seeing a couple of accidents, traveling on small road cause some parts of I-94 were closed and driving through a snow storm, we finally made it to the state with 10,000 lakes. Crystal and Derrick join me in the adventures ride. We went to see the Ataris @ the Quest. That's the first punk rock concert I have ever been too. I got smash a couple of times and even fell once. Thankgoodness for some nice people who helped me up from the pile of bodies. I took Crystal and Derrick to krispy kreme at the Mall of America. Talking about gaining 10lbs by just inhaling all the sugar. I went to check out Tesha, Lum and Georgie's new town house. Very nice... so when is the house warming party? | | |
| I just got done tutoring psychology... Haha... I have forgotten almost everything. I worked on development psych today. Hopefully Bobo is going to be really for her exam. Talking about exams, I have to get cracking on the GMAT and GRE books...haha. I am also working on a personal statement right now. Anyone have some tips for me? I can use all the ideas. I hate the thought of having to study and applying to universities....yuckie. But I have no choice if I plan on getting my masters...hehe. | | |
